I have a brand new unit and the only places that are cool in my 2010 Sq foot house is down the middle of the house. The bed rooms and living room is not cool. You can feel a little air but it is still not cooling them . Also i noticed that the vents have sweat on them. My thermo is on 75.I never received your answer can you send it to me again
My unit in the attic is leaking water. I wet/vac the excess water out of the pan beneath the unit, then later I saw the leak and opened the unit. The pan inside is overflowing. I got that water out and it build back up in no time. The water has leaked into the bedroom. What should I do?u should have a drain connected to the pan he is probably blocked
I have a RUUD ac system in 4 year old house. The inside unit is in our attic. One condensation line runs from the ac to outside which seems to be dripping fine. The other line runs from the pan to the garage ceiling.That line drips so much water in the summertime. Is that normal? The pipes dont appear to be blocked.I was told there is something wrong with the ac if it collects too much water in the pan. What should I do? thnx
I have just purchased my first air conditioner ever (Heir 5200 BTU) and it was packed with styrofoam, we removed that cause it was blocking all air flow, but now there is a ton of water build up and it makes a funny noise like there are peices of styrofoam inside, but we can't see any. Any ideas?Thanks
I have Friedrich model KL25J30AA It blows cold 10- 15mins AND the compressor stops. ON money saver mode it may not come on again for several hours. What should I do? Kev from NYC

Unit seems to start normally...Outlet air starts to get chilly only...after a few minutes I can hear the compresser speed slow down gradually then it " trips off" and the blower fans only are running>> Compressor? Capacitor ? H E L P Thanx JChow long does it takes
outside fan is blowing cool air. Inside coil was froze and big line out to outside unit, I thawed it and tried again but it just want cool.low lvl of refrigerant
I also changed filter which was dirty, but it didnt seem to help
The fan seems to be working, but cold air is not coming out. I set the thermostat to 70, but the temp stays at 83 and it's set to cool
